"Well, upon arriving at the hotel, I did not see any staff members except for construction workers on site. I would not have stayed there if I had known a few things beforehand. I checked in through a live person on camera, and later found out that the staff handling check-ins and check-outs were physically located in India. I just hope Super 8 has a strong protocol in place to protect guests’ personal information, since I was required to scan my ID and credit card during the check-in process."

"Everything about our stay was excellent, but the best part by far was Tyler, the innkeeper. Kind, attentive, excellent communication and an amazing chef. We loved having breakfast with the other guests each morning, sharing delicious food and stories of our respective adventures in the redwoods.
