"The room was spacious and you can’t beat the location. Just yards away from the corner of Hollywood and Highland, and with easy access to the metro! The staff was friendly— popsicles for the kids on Saturdays!!! We’ve stayed here before. Every visit as great as the last one!"

"高級ホテルにしてはロビーやフロントデスクが狭く、照明が暗かった。早朝に空港に着いたため、アーリーチェックインさせてもらえたのはラッキー。 狭いロビーの一角でホテルの従業員らしき人が宿泊客ではない人と面談していた。話は筒抜け。日本だとロビーは宿泊客のためのスペースという認識が普通だと思うので、ホテル業務のために使っているのは違和感があった。 部屋は写真より狭く見えた。ベッドはすてきな天蓋のはずが布がなく４本の支柱だけになっていたのにはがっかり。１人なので広さは十分だが、デスクには部屋での宴会用の高級な水やお酒、スナック類が備え付けられていてプライスリストが置いてあり、うっかり食べてしまった普通のキットカットは9ドルもした。 ..."
