Offering lake views, the house features a 105 sqm interior living space comprising a balcony, a very spacious living room with an indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, an additional guest restroom, and a bedroom furnished with a double box-spring bed and an adjoining spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The property is situated on a (somewhat steep) hillside overlooking Lake Sorpe and is therefore not suitable for guests with mobility impairments.

Located in a separate, 35 sqm annex unit—which is not directly connected to the main living area—you will find a second bedroom with a private shower and toilet, as well as an additional small kitchenette. (Please note: This unit is available for booking at an additional cost for a 3rd and/or 4th guest!)
Please be aware that the second bedroom in the annex is accessible only via an external staircase (i.e., not directly from the main living area); for this reason, we do not consider this property suitable for guests with very young children or those with mobility impairments.
