Enjoy the massive hot tub while listening to the continuous mountain streams next to you. Heated bathroom floor, heated bidet, instant water heater, and SOFT water! We made sure to create a luxurious and intimate space to match the magic of Sundance!

The A-Frame has designated sleeping areas. The downstairs features a cozy sitting area, with a Murphy queen bed and frame TV, with the full bathroom featuring a walk in shower, and heated floors.

The middle level, accessed from the stairs, is the main living room with the full kitchen and laundry and half bath, and access to the large deck with hot tub access and outdoor dining.

The upper loft is accessed by additional stairs, and features the other queen bed. This is also where the additional queen air mattress can be used as well (totaling 3 queen sized beds).

Must be able to comfortably climb stairs. This is a 3 level A-Frame, as well as stairs to access the front door.

Seasonal dining table/chairs is outdoors only* there are food trays (under main level couch) for you to enjoy meals in the comfort of multiple seating areas throughout the A-Frame.
