"The room was clean but housekeeping didn’t come Pick up our towels the entire stay. We called from desk for extra toilet paper and my son had to run down and get it because it wasn’t brought up to us. When we needed more towels we had to get them from the front desk."

Most notably, we found two roaches in our room and they were German cockroaches, not the "palmetto bugs" staff tried to attribute to recent palm tree trimming nearby.
