"The parking was easy (make sure you provide license plate number), front desk was kind but the room, specially bathroom can be cleaner. The breakfast buffet was excellent (needs reservation) and the view from the room was excellent! I would stay here again without a doubt."

"I requested a higher floor and was very satisfied with the view. The room was adequate size compared to another Shila Stays in Seoul. But overall, this is not a four star property anymore, as claimed."

"It's good, especially when you factor in the price."

I had to call the reception desk to fix the light, and all of us was waiting for the fix. we were so exhausted, just waiting... we couldn't even take a shower or anything. It took almost an hour to complete fix. On the next day, I couldn't turn the light off..... I had to call the reception to fix it again... They said sorry, but I'm not sure whether it was right approach to handle this issue. Second of all, except for Tesla super charger, there were...
