Lake & Mountain Home - Walking distance to Sunapee Harbor

This bright and sunny vacation home is perfect for hosting families and friends throughout the year. All furnishings new in 2022 and the location is a 1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor. The house includes an open first floor (kitchen/dining room/living room) with a deck overlooking the back yard. Additionally, the totally renovated walk out basement has a large living room and game area so your group has plenty of space to spread out.

You'll have passes to the local town beach, which has concessions, a playground, basketball court and paddleboards amd kayaks to sign out for free. Picnic tables, lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available at no cost.

1/4 mile to Sunapee Harbor - evening band concerts, summer outdoor movies, dinner boat cruise, ice cream and local shops

5 miles to Mount Sunapee - ski in the winter and Adventure Park in the summer with a ropes course and mountain biking

10 miles to New London - shopping, restaurants, summer playhouse & Colby-Sawyer College

29 miles to Hanover - Dartmouth College, shops & restaurants

This is a lovely property - we have stayed here multiple times and will be back. The house is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and Mt. Sunapee is only about 7 mins from the house - so perfect for skiers. My kids also LOVE the pool/ping pong table in the basement. Bonus points for super responsive host!

We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for my niece’s wedding! Beautiful and quiet location just perfect for our needs! Lots of room, fully stocked kitchen and ver comfortable. This is our second stay at this property and we love it! The house was pristine when we arrived and the check in process was easy. The house is only about 10 minutes from Mt. Sunapee - so it is a great choice for a ski weekend. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the basement game room was a huge hit with my kids! We will definitely stay at this property again.

This house is absolutely amazing! We have been coming up to the lake for 15 years and this house has been the best so far! It was so clean, had everything we needed and amazing game room/ basement. Could not have asked for a better experience. Owner was so nice and great to work with! We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful property! Gary was very responsive during the planning process. The listing was very accurate. The property was extremely clean and comfortable - equipped with everything we needed! Great location-close to many restaurants. He reached out to be sure we had everything we needed. We brough our surf boat - location was close to multiple public boat launches. Property was quiet/private. We played ping pong every night! I would highly recommend-we will be returning!

My husband and I, along with several other family members stayed at this beautiful Sunapee House for my daughter’s college graduation. The house was stunning, very clean, in a quiet, semi-secluded area. The set up was perfect for our party of 7. Checking in and out was a breeze. I received a text from Me. Gary the day of arrival welcoming us. I did have one question about our departure and he responded immediately with a very simple and gracious response. I highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time staying here- stayed for one week. It's very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Nightly pool and ping pong tournaments were so much fun. Conveniently located- we had the full New England experience. Owner was always readily available. We would absolutely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of five. Each kid enjoyed having their own room and loved playing ping pong and pool downstairs. We spent our days skiing. The house was a quick drive to the mountain. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The owner was very responsive, and even gave us restaurant recommendations. We would love to stay here again!

We spent a wonderful ski weekend at this home. The house itself is very cute - everything looks brand new - and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve had at a rental! The basement game room was a HUGE hit for my three kids (9, 11, 13) and provided hours of entertainment. The house is an easy 8 minute drive to the mountain, which was super convenient for skiing. The gas fireplace in the living room was a nice touch at the end of a long day on the slopes. The owner was friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, the home looks small. But we knew from the pictures that there was space for all six of us with four bedrooms and an open area for gathering. This home was clean and clear of "stuff". So there was plenty of room for us to spread out. And the kitchen was well stocked with the right utensils to prepare meals. The furniture, (beds, couches etc.) was very comfortable. Everyone slept well after skiing all day. We did have a little trouble getting the key out of the frozen lock box. But Gary answered out text for help immediately and was able to get us in quickly. I would stay here again in a minute.
