Esta unidad viene con equipamiento cada vez que usted necesita para disfrutar de su hogar lejos del hogar que incluye: 2 dormitorios, 2 y 1/2 baños, una cocina de tamaño completo, amplio comedor y sala de estar, 3 televisores, lavadora y secadora, chimenea de gas, superior y cubiertas inferiores y un montón de espacio en el armario.
Nuestra ubicación es insuperable! El fácil acceso a la ciudad y la puerta de acceso frontal hasta los remontes de Sun Valley, carril bici y el río Grande de madera.

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed our stay at Pennay's in Ketchum, the owner Alan was so gracious & helpful during our stay. The condo is as described in this listing & right on the walking path & so close to the river & lodge. I would highly recommend this accommodation if you are planning on visiting Ketchum. The property manager Cheri is not a fan of VRBO & let me know when I had a question about the fees. We wouldn't have been aware of Pennay's if it weren't for the VRBO listing.

Perfect for World Cup!

We felt very fortunate to have booked this condo for the races! The location was perfect- easy access to lift and trail for walking the dog. Town was also a short walk. The condo is not fancy but was well stocked and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The Best Location in Ketchum!

This place was a short walk to Baldy ski lift and short drive/bus ride to Ketchum. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. We would stay again.

Great location! Short walk to down town. Right on the trail system and right on the river! A little dated but clean and great place to settle in after a day hiking and paddleboarding

5 Star Location 2 Star Property

This location is fantastic with it’s proximity to the river, bike path, trails and skiing. The property itself doesn’t look like it has been updated for decades. The kitchen floor is coming apart, the rear sliding door is very difficult to open, there isn’t a proper thermostat and one of the toilets was leaking. The property was listed as having a hot tub which wasn’t available. The fees for additional guests seems petty but I’m not sure if that has become a standard practice for short term rentals.

Do. Not. Stay. Here. Don’t. Waste. Your. Money.

Let’s just say that if you want people barging in unannounced whenever they like then this is the place for you. I guess it all started the day after we checked in when the property manager (we think) came banging on the front door, when the door wasn’t answered because we were in the shower, and instructed our children not to answer said property manager banged on the back glass patio slider (that had a missing screen door.) Over the next 5 days we had 5 separate issues where the owner of the property came into the unit unannounced. The unit had no cable for 5 days and did not have internet for 2 days. We sent various messages via the VRBO app (I have proof) with no answer from the property owner when they would be fixed. On the 5th day I came into the property to find two men in the unit (again, no one told us they were coming.) There was construction two units down from us with a lovely table saw that went off all day long right outside our unit (pictures and video to prove all of this.) There were about 5 large spiders in the downstairs powder room which were another unwelcome guest. Between the table saw, constant steam of people coming unwelcome into the unit, and the lack of modern amenities such as cable and TV, caused for a very unpleasant vacation that we cut a day short because we were so miserable. *we would have left sooner but one of our children didn’t feel well, the hospital in town seemed to be a better place for him to rest than the condo*

Great location and nice place to stay.

Very nice location and clean/fun place to stay. The only issue we've had is getting the property manager to send a pair of headphones we left on property. She allegedly found the headphones, received $20 from us for purposes of mailing the headphones back to us, but we have yet to receive them (and it's been a month). My only complaint.

Pleasant Property in a Great Location

Exactly as advertised. Well located within a 5 minute walk of the River Run Lodge, and 10 minute walk to the heart of Ketchum. Comfortable and clean location although it could use an update, and new beds. Overall very comfortable, and fit my families needs.

Beautiful location near the base of the mountain, next to bike path and skiing. Close to town. Great setting and condo was furnished well. We look forward to coming back here again.

Perfect stay for Sun Valley ski trip

This was our first time in Sun Valley and we were unsure where to stay for the best/easiest ski trip...we were so glad we booked Pennay's. Convenient, short walk to the base, condo looked up to the mountain, and the hot tub was nice at the end of day. Condo layout was great for 2 couples and felt larger than the square footage suggested due to great layout. It's dated (like many places in Sun Valley) but clean and comfortable. One minor complaint - the dishwasher needs to be replaced. On the first night we discovered many of the dishes/utensils in the cupboards were dirty (gross!). We washed everything by hand before dinner, then loaded the dishwasher after dinner. In the morning we found the "clean" dishes looked the same except the food was baked on harder. The 90's dishwasher simply needs to be replaced. Minor but easy/cheap fix. Thanks for an outstanding stay, we will be back!

Ski-in Ski-out Location

I was there for skiing. The condos have a pathway the runs directly behind the property. This pathway runs directly to the main lifts. The walking distance is short and less than you typically walk from a ski parking lot. Plus the pathway has snow so you can skate on your skis. What I’m saying is that the location is ideal for ski-in/ski-out. The condo I stayed in had two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Everything works just fine, but it could use a little upgrading. I didn’t bother me because the location is so perfect. In the summer, it would be an easy 15 min walk to town. In the winter it was easier to drive, park the car, and walk around. With all the snow/ice on the ground it’s more of a trip hazard. The property manager was great and I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Another great stay at Pennay's

I have stayed at Pennay's twice this year with friends and family. The location is incredible and they are dog friendly so we're able to bring our pup. The condo was perfect for our group and we cant wait to be back another time.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is close to the gondola where we rode up the mountain and hiked yesterday. Also the bike path is right out the door. Ketchum is a short walk away, restaurants and a nearby grocery. Our unit was quiet and had everything we needed. Overall a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend.
