Nestled in the heart of Sun Valley proper, this residence exudes charm. With a peaceful setting and the privacy of a ground floor corner unit, guests will appreciate this ideal condo location just across the road from the Sun Valley Resort. Less than five minutes stroll away from the ice rinks and the Pavilion, these are the venues for the popular celebrity ice shows, free summer concerts, symphony, and jazz festivals.

For winter guests, personal ski storage at the condo offers convenience and free Mountain Ride shuttles at the village circle (next to the Pavilion) gets skiers to the slopes or downtown Ketchum in no time.

Finished with a stone tile entrance and nice carpets, the condo has stainless appliances in a kitchen of pine wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The deck that opens directly to the garden offers the calming sound of a flowing stream, rustling leaves of the birch trees, presenting a relaxing atmosphere around the condo in summer.

Ski shuttle details: The blue route with Mountain Rides will take you all over town including the Dollar, River Run and Warm Springs. Go to www.moutainrides.org for pick up locations and times.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo is a good option if you are looking for a place to share a meal and comfortable place to sleep. The little porch outback is peaceful. If you are looking for a fancy, upgraded place to stay, this may not be your option. You can hear the voices and steps from the condo above. The outlets do not all work. The internet was disconnected from the wall and did not work. we were not able to use the tv in the living room due to the various equipment being disconnected from the wall, and there not being enough outlets to plug everything in. Also, the instructions on where to find the keys/lock box were not clear. We had to call Vacasa to access the lockbox

Spacious and well equipped

This was a very large condo with easy access from parking. A short drive got us to the Warm Springs and River Run ski areas as well as lot of dining choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Just okay overall. The condo furniture needs to be refreshed. They should not count the pullout couch as a bed. It was the most uncomfortable pull out bed we've ever felt.

Great location but ants in the kitchen

The location was great but we were disappointed to find sugar ants in the kitchen that persisted throughout our stay. The apartment was clean but within one day the ants appeared. We ended up needing to buy ant bait traps ourselves and minimized our use of the kitchen.

Cozy condo but NO working fireplace

The condo was super cozy - exactly as pictured in the photos. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and we slept so well. What was super disappointing is that the listing says that there is a fireplace, but we were not allowed to use it/it needs repairs according to the sign. When you’re on a ski trip, a fire is like the #1 thing you want at the end of the day so that was a huge disappointment. Please note that in the property overview for future guests. Also, like other reviews noted, you can hear every step of the people above you. Didn’t bother us much except when it was late at night and early in the am with ski boots. You can hear everything! Loved the layout of the condo, how close it was to town (we walked in), and all the natural light.

Great location, Great Property Manager, a few issues.

The property manager let us know the previous renter didn't know they were supposed to move out, so they had to scramble to clean the property, which they did. Great communicator. Unfortunately the light tubes didn't make it back in the ceiling in the second bathroom so it was very dark in there. The bathrooms were quite small but clean. The living room furniture (two sofas) are very "tired", sagging and uncomfortable to sit on.

While this condo is in a great location within walking distance to the Village and downtown, it was not as listed. We expected passes to the Lodge pool/hot tub and a log fireplace. We have requested that the information is updated on the website for future travelers.

Sun Valley Jazz Fest

We enjoyed this condo while we were attending the Jazz Fest. Well furnished and clean. First floor unit was a big plus for us as well - two of us had recent knee surgery. Would recommend this condo.

Excellent Condo At A Great Location

This condo is in a beautiful location very close to the Sun Valley Lodge, ice skating rink and outdoor performance venue. It has a well equiped kitchen, a nice living room with a TV sysem and two spacious bed rooms with very comfortable king beds. It exceeded my expectations and I higly recomend it.

Overall Great Experience

The location and property were great. First-floor location made for easy access. We were walking distance from Sun Valley Village. The property is in nice shape and offers a cozy setting with nice views of the local area.
