The local bus stops at the corner of Dollar and Elkhorn Road to get you around town or over to the slopes. Dollar Mountain is close by for beginner and intermediate skiers or take a drive to Baldy for more advanced runs. Sun Valley is just under a mile away and boasts skating, horseback riding, and bowling. And if you're looking for shops, restaurants, and entertainment, Sun
Valley Village is close by or head into downtown Ketchum, just two miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location easy to get to downtown shopping and restaurants

Very well maintained and is kept very clean with all the necessary kitchen necessities to be able to prepare and eat in if desired. All linens were nice and clean and recently laundered. (I appreciate towels and sheets that smell clean and fresh) We enjoyed our stay and found several things close by to preoccupy our spare time, but felt very cozy and comfortable when we chose to stay in.

Nice property but poorly maintained

This is a nice property but it was not clean when we arrived. The beds had been made up but the sheets on the beds were dirty with hair, etc. Not pleasant to discover this at 10:00 at night. I had to wash all the sheets myself because there were no extras available. The floors and bathtubs were dirty with hair, etc. some lightbulbs were burned out. The microwave needed to be cleaned out before we could use it. The kitchen trash was full and had not been emptied. The upstairs toilet does not work properly. There were clothes left in one of the bedroom closets from a previous guest. There was a dangerous amount of ice buildup present on the walkway leading up to the front door. It appeared as if the cleaning crew had been in but had done a quick /lousy job and left. It was unacceptable. I am requesting a cleaning deposit refund from Vacasa. There needs to be a walk-through of this property to take care of some of the maintenance issues like the poorly functioning toilet and burned out lightbulbs.

Communication with local management

We left a ski helmet and goggles in the room. Vacasa is the management company and has no communication with local management. It’s been three days and they have not been able to respond to our lost and found inquiry. Vacasa does not receive VRBO messages either. There’s a major communication disconnect.

Skiing Sun Valley

My husband and mother-in-law stayed with me at this property and we enjoyed the quiet, lovely setting. The condo itself was clean and incredibly comfortable - we particularly liked relaxing in front of the gas fireplace at the end of the day. The bus whisked us to Bald Mountain quickly, and it's easy to find parking downtown for eating and exploring. What a gorgeous condo! We'd love to stay here again.

Cozy condo, great location!

A great place to stay for a ski vacation. Lodge amenities were fantastic and the location is only 7 mins from Baldy. Kitchen was lacking in a few items and grill was unaccessible due to snow. Dollar meadows is a nice area.
