  • Newly built 3 bed 2 bath home (no pets, no parties, no smoking) located in Summerfield, on the outskirts of Ocala which is the horse capital of the world. Less than 20 minutes away from Carney Island, Hampton Beach and Silver Springs State Park where you and your family can enjoy glass bottom boats rides, kayaking and camping. An hour away from Orlando and three hospitals less than 10 minutes away which include the VA, the villages and Munroe regional. Driveway accessible, Garage off limits.

Great home...central location just outside of the Villages.

Fully equipped home with everything that you will need and more! Nicely furnished, clean and in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The host is exceptional and has thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable one.

Wonderful Home and Host

This was by far our best VRBO experience. Cliff is a wonderful host and a very kind soul. His home is very clean and so comfortable. The location is very safe with a good security system. He thought of every at home convenience and assured our stay was a wonderful experience. We are planning a return next year already.

Surprising details

So, not only did the host allow me and my son an early check-in because I arrived in town a bit earlier than expected, the host had excellent communication dealing with a little issue. The surprising detail was the master bedroom has a mattress with a power base. I slept in a zero gravity position for the first time at a VRBO property. 5 stars I would stay at this home again in the future.

Best house we've stayed in.

This is a new house with everything you need and more. Modern and comfortable furniture, huge TV with soundbar/bass, comfortable adjustable bed in master room. Huge master bathroom. Back patio privacy with fencing. Lots of extras provided. Loved the treats. Very friendly and respectful owner. Half hour to Silver Springs, 1 hour from Crystal River on the Gulf Coast. Very close to The Villages without the Villages price and much more quiet. Lots if Lakes to explore. Convenient to grocery stores, farmers markets, and anything you need. We would definitely stay again.
