"OMG where do i start? The staff are courteous & helpful - they even entertained our children with games during the check in process. Nothing is a problem, we were SO IMPRESSED. The rooms are clean & well maintained. The location is amazing - we love the Asakusa area - the rail system is just a step away."

"Great stay in a convenient location for exploring on foot and by train. The hotel was very clean and modernized. We enjoyed the self-serve amenity bar in the lobby (included things like hair and facial products, tea, coffee, etc). Check-in and out were very brief. The only negative aspect was that the in-hotel laundry room was out of service during our stay, but they did include information for a nearby coin laundry. Otherwise, highly recommend this stat in Asakusa!"

"I was so impressed with our stay that I’m finally motivated to leave a written review on here for (I think) the first time. I was travelling to Tokyo for the first time with my husband and two daughters (10 & 13) and we were looking for something that was conveniently located close to subway station entrances, convenience stores and ideally grocery stores. My husband is vegan so I wanted the option to prepare food at our accommodations.We also wanted to pack light and be able to do laundry....

"Great location in the heart of Asakusa, Tokyo. Quiet, clean, helpful staff. Loved coffee available at 7a to all guests, and 2 separate happy hours included; 1-3p and 5-8p. Breakfast buffet was delicious and worth the price."

"Charming ryokan near Sensoji. Thought it would be noisy at night but not at all. Staff warm and welcoming on our arrival and the public bath was a lovely especially after a long day of travelling from Ehime prefecture. Room cosy and welcoming. Slept so well. Plenty of places nearby for food, etc. Room was air conditioned which was a bonus."

"The cleanliness of our rooms left a lot to be desired. There were long black hairs all over the floors that got on our stuff and stuck to our feet. We felt a little gross in the room and didn’t fully trust the cleaning procedures after noticing this. The curtains also let in a lot of light and are not blackout. Otherwise, the hotel was in a great location and staff were very kind."

"Loved the rooftop view of the river and the tokyo tower! Free small breakfast before 9am was also very kind. My bathroom did have an off putting smell from when I checked in and it never went away - smelled kind of like mildew and standing water."
