  • Si vienes a Sullivan's, quieres ver el océano, y obtienes hermosas vistas y más en esta encantadora y espaciosa casa frente al mar con capacidad para 12. Perfectamente adaptado para alojar a 2 familias, con 2 dormitorios principales con baño privado, hay 3-4 dormitorios y 2 baños en la planta baja y dos dormitorios y 2 baños un piso arriba.

    Descripción: 5 habitaciones (2 master suites), 4 baños, 1 y 1/2 cocinas, 1 porche con mampara, 2 terrazas, 2 duchas al aire libre con privacidad, amplio patio con césped, 3er piso y oficina bloqueada, aire acondicionado centralizado, techo ventiladores en cada habitación, 4 televisores en color, 2 videograbadoras, 1 DVD, 2 refrigeradores, máquina de hielo, 3 microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, camas: 3 reinas, 1 doble, 4 individuales. La casa tiene ventanas nuevas en los últimos 2 años. El exterior de la casa ha sido mejorado. Las habitaciones con alfombra tienen alfombra nueva. Tenemos una hermosa mesa de comedor nueva, lo suficientemente grande como para que la familia se reúna, y la sala de estar de la planta baja tiene una tapicería nueva.

    No tenemos acceso directo a la playa, pero hay un maravilloso paseo marítimo a dos casas con fácil acceso a la playa.

This is a lovely property in a great location, a short walk to the beach and the "downtown" area with the restaurants. The house was very clean and Linda was a great host, good communication, friendly, and very responsive.

Our family stayed here to celebrate a 90th birthday and it was a perfect setting! Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to get to great restaurants and sight seeing. We were also able to enjoy sitting on the beach and swimming in the ocean which was all incredibly close to the house! Our house was very prompt in answering any questions and the house had more amenities than all the other houses I have rented over the years.

Had a great weekend celebrating our daughter’s graduation from C of C. Only wish we could’ve seen the ocean from the house. Picture must’ve been from a drone. Otherwise great house with plenty of space to spread out.

The house was perfect - there is more than enough space and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms! The walk to the beach is awesome and it's an easy walk to town to the local bars and restaurants. You never really need to get in the car again after arrival. The home was clean and had all the necessary amenities. We will look for this house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

The host Linda was very good and communicated frequently if we needed anything. While there were a few hiccups along the way she did a great job of rectifying and making things right. One thing that was not clear to me was that you do not have access to the highest balcony so just know that you cannot see the ocean from the property, however it’s only a 50 yard walk to get to the boardwalk that leads to the beach and the beach there is great. The screened in porch in the back was nice to use if you wanted to be outside and enjoy the sun. The house came with plenty of amenities and places to rinse off from the beach which is important if you have a large group. Overall I would come back in a heartbeat, and the host did an amazing job of making us comfortable. The house easily held the two families that stayed there.

Wonderful stay! The inside stairs were a challenge for the older members of our party, but Linda was a fantastic host very communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice time.

We loved our stay at this beach house. The host maintained excellent communication, the house was immaculate and everything was in good working order. We particularly liked the set up of the house- the two families with young children each had their own private space. We are looking at dates so we can book again this summer.

Best Vacation House on Sullivans Island

My family had wonderful stay in this beach house. It is spacious, cool, comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful happy week at Sulllivans Island. it is a close walk to the station 26 walkway to the beach and a short golf cart ride to Poe's and Obstinate Daughter.We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay! The owner was very accommodating for our check-in and check-out times and the place had a great family beach house feel to it. We will be back again!
