Located in the exclusive coastal community of Sullivan’s Island, this classic 4BR/3.5BA beach home features 2,704 square feet of lovely living space. Listen to the waves roll in on the balcony, sun deck, or the sprawling porch. Enjoy the Atlantic breeze beneath the shade of a beautiful oak tree in the yard.

This prime location is just around the corner from two beach paths. Visit Sullivan’s Restaurant, the island’s beloved seafood eatery, in just over a mile.

LIVING AREA

The sun-soaked living room features comfy furniture and tasteful coastal decor. Relax and share snacks and drinks after exploring Sullivan’s Island Nature Trail. A checkers table and 42” TV offer plenty of entertainment options.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern eat-in kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets needed. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door fridge and dual ovens. A large stretch of counter space makes meal preparation easy.

Three can perch at the kitchen bar while dinner simmers, and a breakfast nook off the kitchen seats six. When it's time to serve special meals, gather in the dining room with seating for eight.

BED & BATH

This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms.

Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, detailed with a king bed, TV, and access to the sun deck. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with two sinks and a tub/shower combination.

A guest suite has a queen bed and access to the screened porch. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the sun deck, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

A sparkling tub/shower combination can be found in the guest bathroom.

An additional half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Greet the morning with coffee on a screened porch, furnished with colorful rocking chairs. A balcony at the back of the home has a bench swing and a cafe table for four, and the third-floor sun deck is peppered with comfy lounge chairs.

This is a comfortable cottage with easy access to the lovely beach. We especially loved the front porch with rocking chairs for morning coffee!There were a few issues. There was a dirty towel in the second floor hall bathroom. That bathroom also had inconsistent hot water. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have anywhere to hang clothes. And on the second day, we discovered that many of the doors and windows were unlocked. We didn’t think we would have needed to check them if we had never opened them.Otherwise, it was a lovely visit

Great location - close to beach and walkable to Sullivan restaurants. Nice yard space. House a little more dated than pictures depicted and can use some updating but adequate for our stay. Would stay here again.

Nice, but...

Pros: The house was nice, loved the screened in front porch, short walk to beach and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Cons: The kitchen is infested with roaches. When we first arrived we did not see any. The next morning, they were coming out of the toaster and coffee pot. Crawling all over the kitchen floor. We called and texted the rental company. They stated that the staff was working on getting the issue resolved. It never was the entire week we were there. Disappointing to spend that amount of money to deal with roaches. Just pray we didn't bring any home.

Island is nice. This property is dated, dirty and poorly maintained. It is in need of a major renovation. It is overpriced for the quality of house and contents.

Very spacious - good for a group

The house is situated near the beach, although at present the beach is not accessible at high tide due to erosion. The house has a big kitchen with a table seating 6-8, and a dining room with a table for 8. The living room is more spacious than most cottages, and comfortably furnished. While the kitchen and bathrooms have not been updated in the past 20-30 years, they are perfectly adequate. Furniture throughout shows many updates, and the beach-themed artwork is lovely. Beds are very comfortable. The location is great - we walked a mile into the commercial area for dinners, and enjyed the walks as much as the food! Vacasa was very responsive to any needs we raised.

Too many "cooks" in reservation company!

We have stayed at this property many times in previous years (when it was managed thru Island Realty). It's perfect for us. However we are still getting emails from THREE firms, VRBO, Vacasa and Turnkey. Very confusing and inefficient. This is the only review I am going to submit. I would like to deal with one firm when booking. Call me if you'd like to chat.

Family Trip

The house location was great! Close to the beach we could hear the waves from the front porch. 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for two 16 years old, two ten-year olds and parents. House was very clean but could use some updates. Stove didn't work very well two burners didn't work at all. Overall wonderful vacation spot.
