On the ground floor, a bright living and dining room of 24 m2 features a flat screen satellite TV and opens directly onto a terrace. This level includes 3 bedrooms: 1 room furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC en suite, and 2 additional rooms each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The ground floor also features an open kitchen and a bathroom with WC, as well as a separate WC.
The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and offers a second living and dining room of 15 m2, also fitted with a flat screen satellite TV and opening onto a terrace. This level contains 3 further bedrooms: 1 room with a double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 190 cm in length, 1 room with a French bed of 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 additional room with a double bed of 2 x 90 cm width and 190 cm in length.
