Hoteles cerca de Sukh Niwas Palace - Indore

"Rooms were neat and clean, staff was polite and helpful, hotel is located on main road and on 10 min away from Indore Junction, easy for travel and easy to locate."

"Good location and nice, clean Hotel with helpful staff. There was a problem with the WiFi in the room that could not be solved during our stay, but other than that everything was good."

"The hotel rooms were not ready even though we arrived after the check-in time. The lobby was not staffed well during this time and air-conditioner was not on in the middle of the afternoon heat. The hotel does not look like the photos and has significantly deteriorated since. The staff did quickly get a room cleaned and ready, but the bathroom flush cover was still left off by the team, leaving it in a functional but not aesthetic state."

"Beautifully maintained property with amazing staff"

"Rooms were clean and excellent service by staff."

"Worst experience!"

"the stay was great, but the facilities like pool, gym etc are not yet opened even though it was advertised. We just went for bread and omelet in the morning but were charged full buffet. The staff couldn't communicate in English properly. Otherwise stay was fine for the price we pay. I would say it will be ready in few weeks if not months."

"WiFi was not available and which was shared was not working Confusion in breakfast clearance"

"Small basic room. Even though I paid for an executive room. No shampoo or soap or hand towels in a tiny bathroom. No darkness to sleep in. Too much light coming from a:single layer curtain. Bed was ok. Location was ok. Staff tried to cooperate but had no resources to help with. Staff was fighting with drunk people trying to enter the property. It is a 1 or 2 star guesthouse type of property. Not a 3.5 star hotel as advertised on Orbitz. They must do due diligence before listing properties...

"Sheets on bed stained, pillow case had stains looked like blood. Fridge bottom dirty. AC at the best worked may be 20 minutes in all night. Staff did not seem to care just got told we will inform the manager. I am not big on reviews but it was upsetting that staff did not care and seemed this was very common issue. "
