"The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. "We very much enjoyed our stay here! It’s just far enough from the gatlinburg downtown strip that you feel like you’re still in nature. If you’re like us coming to explore the national park and not the “Vegas Vibes” then I strongly recommend this hotel. The people who work the front desk were incredible and took amazing care of us! "The room was always cleaned and beds made every day when we came back to our room. The restaurant was great in the morning with the breakfast bar or continental breakfast not so much if ordering in the evening. They needed a few more options. Also a lot of the staff couldn’t understand English or speak it very well. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay there again."

"I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all.
