"Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly, helpful owners."

"This is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to all."

"Stunning property, gorgeous & delightfully helpful owners ( Doug & Kay)& in a beautiful part of the country. Close to good restaurants, historical villages & towns. Just a perfect weekend retreat."

"This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. Stephen and Vanessa were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very well looked after. The...

"Great breakfast"

"The bathroom had mold which had me sneezing. Historic doesn't have to mean unkept. Friendly enough but quality not quite there"

"The room could have been hoovered before we got there but otherwise okay."
