We had a wonderful stay at this farmhouse! The outdoor space was our favorite part — the patio was beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending time outside. There was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fresh air, which made the stay feel peaceful and comfortable. We really appreciated how spacious the property was and would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family and the reason we were visiting sublimity. We have a family member that is declining and we flew in from three different states to visit with family and support them in this difficult time. We fixed a large chili dinner and invited the family over to get away from the grief and take a minute to visit and relax Without hosting at their homes. They played cornhole, pool, ping pong and games! We could not ask for a better set up!!

The house was clean and we loved how open it was! It was perfect for our staff retreat and community dinner that we hosted! There was a lot of space and this house is perfect for large groups! Chris was super friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome!

Large property and family friendly

Owner greeted us at the property to show us around. They went out of their way to support some special requests. Ample parking to accommodate multiple cars/large vehicles. Had a bbq and large patio for our gathering. Sleeps lots of people. House was very clean.

Christmas in June

Our family of 12 stayed three nights ages ranging from 10 to 75. The landscaping is immaculate with plenty of parking. The house is clean and well stocked with all of the dishes and cook where you could possibly need, games, puzzles, cornhole set, etc. The best part is the sunroom because all 12 of us were able to enjoy sit down meals comfortably together. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation

This house has a gorgeous peaceful yard with lots of nice outdoor areas. The house is spacious and a great place for gathering with family or friends. The host was amazing and sincerely wanted us to have a great stay. We felt welcome and well cared for.

Cosy Family Farmhouse

The house is lovely, great curb appeal. This is a nice big home lots of beds, a great seating area. Very homey, clearly a family house with a lot of history. The host is very kind, friendly and communicative, beds were comfortable. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor fire pit but we had nice big dinners and all of us were able to eat together in the dining area. Will definitely look for this place next time we are in town.

Great house

This house was great for me and my family to stay at for a wedding. We all got our own rooms to sleep in, the kids loved the game room and there was plenty of space to spread out in for the 10 people that were there. The host answered any questions very quickly and was also quick with any issues that came up. Highly recommend!!!

Just what we were looking for

The farmhouse was just the rental we were looking for when we visited family that moved to the area about a year ago. The house was clean, cozy, and offered lots of space for my immediate family plus local family that came for dinner. As someone who enjoys cooking, I loved how well-stocked the kitchen was -- it honestly had everything some bonuses like baking goods, spices, etc. The game room was a huge bonus as it kept my kids entertained during the rain. Chris was a gracious host and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Above and beyond!

Not only did we love the house, but Chris was very helpful, reaching out to help us with some changes to our plans and offering his help. We had plenty of space for everyone, the kids loved the games in the garage and s'mores at the fire pit, the setting was peaceful - it was the perfect home base for our family reunion. We are already thinking of when we can come back!

Exceeded expectations

This was a great home base for exploring Silver Falls. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. The farm cat was cute, the property owner was a delight, and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying here.

We were in town to attend a family event in Silverton. This was a great, wide open property that had all the amenities. The host(s) were great and everything you could possibly want is at this house. I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Relaxing farmhouse!

We picked this stay due to its location to the silver falls state park. Our group of 8 adults planned hiking the trail of ten waterfalls, and the farmhouse is located nearby. The house is spacious and offered plenty of room. We enjoyed the back yard and its amenities for a pleasant evening! Chis was very helpful in showing us the house and was nearby if needed. We felt at home there! Loved Nick the cat, he joined us while we were outside visiting. It was a wonderful stay and would recommend this home!

Beautiful spacious home with every amenity

The house is huge and plenty of room for everybody to spread out. Very clean with cute decor. We could’ve hosted a large family reunion dinner in the sunroom. It’s huge! Corn hole, covered patio with tables chairs and fire pit table. Chris, the caretaker was so nice and greeted us with a dozen eggs and coffee. Kitchen Included cooking oil, spices and even chilled coffee creamer. Games, puzzles and an adorable guard cat named Nick! Will recommend this home to everyone!
