    Set in a 100-year old Art Nouveau building, which was recently renovated quality. Awareness obtained old elements so that the Art Nouveau feeling was not lost. The apartment consists of 2 spacious bedrooms (bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m and 1.4 m x 2.0 m), a living room with bay, and Daylight bathroom with tub and shower facilities, a separate toilet and a kitchen incl. Dishwasher u. Oven.
    In just 5 minutes walk from the Ludwigsburg Castle, in 10 minutes the Baroque market square downtown.
    A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg Train Station is reachable in 2 minutes.
    Even for families with children a lot is offered. So the fairytale park in the "flowering baroque" the castle is easy to reach (about 10 minutes).
    From Ludwigsburg station running every 10 minute train to Stuttgart. The journey takes about 15 minutes.
    A free internet access is available.

Beautiful Apartment on the 2nd floor (1st floor german style). Well appointed, very clean and unique. We loved the area and all the chirping birds. We would highly recommend.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für einen Kurzurlaub in Ludwigsburg. Auch Stuttgart ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen.

Great Location

This cute apartment was in a great location for sightseeing, shopping and dining in Ludwigsburg. Lovely walkable neighborhood with lots of gardens. Everything was exactly as shown online. We had a lovely couple of days.

Great Stay In Ludwigsburg

This was a great place, and the location was great. The Ludwigsburg Christmas Market was the best we visited all trip. The apartment was very spacious, good kitchen facilities, and parking on site was very convenient. Siebrecht was very quick and clear with communication.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und nachts auch ruhig. Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, besonders die Zufahrt. Der Altbau ist schön und hat einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Wohnung selbst ist recht groß und geräumig, die Küche in Ordnung, wenn man von einem wohl schon länger defekten Gefrierfach absieht und auch die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ok. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer haben schon deutlich bessere Zeiten gesehen und sind unbequem. Jugenstil mit Plastikstühlen?Was in unseren Augen gar nicht geht, ist das alte Badezimmer. Die Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne mit feststehender Glasabtrennung müsste dringend geändert werden oder wenigstens eine vernünftige Halterung angebracht werden. Es ist rutschig und gefährlich, dort ein und aus zu steigen, deshalb würden wir diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen. Angenehm ist die separate Toilette, vor allem wenn man mit mehreren Personen die Wohnung nutzt.

Tolle zentrale Lage

Wir waren zu zweit als Gast in der großen Wohnung in der 6 Personen nächtigen können. Die Wohnung hat auf jeden Fall ihren Charme,die Küche ist toll,hier hat man alles was man braucht. Die zentrale Lage hat uns begeistert.Ob in die Stadt oder zum blühenden Barock alles kann super zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Ludwigsburg Weihnachten

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-located -- walking distance to the Ludwigsburg Barock Weihnachtsmarkt and along bus line for easy connection via the Bahnhof and in a quiet residential neighborhood. Check-in process was simple and well-explained. The host provided excellent communication and everything needed for our stay. The apartment was a perfect base for our family for our five-night stay to visit the markets in the Stuttgart area and even Heidelberg. We would definitely stay at this apartment again and recommend it for family stays in the Ludwigsburg/Stuttgart area.

The town of Ludwigsburg was so charming. Just a 15-minute walk and there was the town center that had plenty of bars and restaurants, and a supermarket. The apartment was perfect with plenty of room for six of us. Sofie was a perfect host with quick communication and very helpful. There is also a Ferris wheel nearby. Catching public transport was easy.

Outstanding property

What a beautiful place. The location is perfect. Sophie is responsive and kind. Everything was wonderful. (Americans: note there is no AC, which is not usually an issue. We just happened to be there in a heat wave. But we opened windows and we're fine.) 5/5 stars!

Schöne FeWo für Stadtbesuch

Für einen Stadtbesuch war die FeWo sehr gut geeignet. 15min zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt. Parkplatz vorhanden. Wohnung/Haus zwar alt, aber "modernisiert". Bad/WC ist sauber und einfach modernisiert basierend auf 50 Jahre alten Gegebenheiten.

Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht

Gut. Wir und unsere 4 lebhaften Enkel haben den Ort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, luftig. Es hat einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der „Bärenspielplatz“ beim blühenden Barock, sowie der interessante alte Friedhof waren gut um die warmen Abende zu verbringen. Einzig die Strasse ist ziemlich befahren und zum Teil laut.

Lage Top aber hellhörig und unbequem

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der FeWo 1 im 1.OG mit 4P + 1 Baby. Das Appartment ist sehr sprälich, fast schon lieblos eingerichtet. Die Duschtür lässt sich abschließen, der Türgriff fliegt ab. Das Gefrierfach war kaputt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig (man hört jeden schritt von der Fewo2 im Dachgeschoss) und es war auch sehr kalt (Altbau) im regnerischen Sommer. Die rote leder couch und die esszimmer stühle sind unbequem af und die Bettmatratze ist durch. Würden nicht nochmal hin.
