Whether you’re planning a couple's getaway, Rally stay, outdoor adventure, golf trip, or relaxing mountain vacation, this property offers the perfect home base year-round.

The open-concept living area provides comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring the Black Hills. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, while the private outdoor patio offers a peaceful setting to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink surrounded by fresh mountain air and beautiful scenery.

Guests staying with us can now enjoy complimentary golf at Boulder Canyon Golf Club! Reservations booked after 5/26/2026 for stays occurring on or after 6/8/2026 will receive two complimentary 18-hole rounds of golf with cart per night stayed.

• Golf rounds are “use them or lose them” and cannot be redeemed before arrival or after departure.

• Deadwood Rentals and Boulder Canyon Golf Club reserve the right to modify, suspend, revoke, or discontinue complimentary golf privileges due to guest misconduct, unsafe behavior, property damage, intoxication, violation of golf course policies, weather conditions, maintenance, course availability, or circumstances outside of management’s control.
• Complimentary rounds are non-transferable and may only be used by registered guests staying at the property during the reservation dates.
• Reservations made after October 31 will not include golf as the course is closed.
• Reservations booked prior to 5/26/2026 do not include the golf package.

The villa is also just a short drive from historic downtown Deadwood, Sturgis, Spearfish Canyon, ATV and hiking trails, Terry Peak Ski Area, Mount Rushmore, Devils Tower, and countless opportunities for outdoor adventure throughout the Black Hills.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, in-unit laundry, garage parking, paved year-round access, and easy access for motorcycles and small trailers. Taxi services, Lyft, and Uber are available throughout the area, although having your own vehicle is recommended. During winter months, AWD or 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly encouraged due to changing Black Hills weather conditions.

All linens, bath towels, and basic household essentials are provided for your stay. The home also includes a dual Keurig and drip coffee maker with complimentary starter coffee provided for guests.

This property is dog-friendly with prior approval (please message us for approval prior to booking) and applicable pet fees. A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. Guests must provide a description of their dog(s) prior to arrival for approval. Cats and other animals are not permitted. HOA regulations strictly prohibit on-street parking. All vehicles and trailers must fit within designated parking areas, with limited overflow gravel parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
