Brand new waterfront Studio/Efficiency Unit below main house in stunning Casuarina Point. It is situated at the entrance of the canal only 300m to a stunning beach and some of the best bonefish flats on Abaco, whether you want to just walk the flats right outside the property or hire our boat and venture only minutes to more stunning flats on Duck Quay and Point of Spit. Casuarina Beach is simply beautiful and at low tide you can venture out onto the sandbank and look for starfish and sand dollars, beachcombing is also a favourite of our guests. If you are lucky you can see the Rays leaping out of the water, our resident Manatee and of course an abundance of turtles. You can also explore the area on our two Kayaks for your use. The Studio has a king size bed which can be split into two singles, 65" TV with Amazon firestick, Netflix etc. A small but well appointed kitchenette with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, combination Microwave/Convection/Air fryer, 2 ring induction hob, fridge/freezer and cutlery, crockery utensils etc. We also provide, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Dish Soap. There is a patio outside with a BBQ. The Bathroom consists of a large walk in shower, vanity unit and toilet. Towels, toilet paper and soap is provided. Casuarina is a small, quiet but friendly neighbourhood, if you want to venture further, Pete's pub is a must and only twenty minutes drive away or have a lovely lunch or dinner at the Sandpiper Inn at Schooner Bay only 10 minutes drive. A little further south is Sandy Point where you can see a stunning sunset at Nancy's beach restaurant or the Sunset Bar and Grill. Marsh Harbour is the Capital, twenty minutes drive where you can find everything you want, shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants etc. Whether you are looking for a week away or just a couple of days of relaxation or great fly fishing we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Amazing Place

The accommodation was fantastic. They have thought of everything and the location amazing. The access to the Bonefishing was first class and managed to get 5 fish in one day from 5 to 10 lbsBest Flyfishing I’ve ever had. Will be back as soon snd as often as possible

Lovely getaway

Quiet spot for connecting to nature and great landlords. So helpful and knowledgeable. Place was stocked with thoughtful items. I feel like I have found friends for life. can’t wait to come back

Perfect location on a canal that leads to a beautiful sound/ocean

Could not have been happier with our stay. Myself and teenage son-had the king bed split into 2 singles, little kitchenette with all we needed, spacious bathroom with walk in shower...and sliding doors leading to the rear yard with access to canal and kayaks(or rental boat if you choose). Outdoor shower for washing off fishing gear/cleaning up before entering the apartment. Canal was quiet and full of sea turtles. Hosts were very helpful with rental car recommendations/dining/etc. We enjoyed Pete's Pub which was about 30 minutes away, and multiple restaurants in Marsh Harbor. Terrific people and perfectly clean space! Looking forward to visiting again.

An Absolute GEM!

If you are looking to get away from it all and experience the true Abaco experience, look no forward! This property is amazing and the hosts even better! This is is a water sports paradise! Kayaking, Bonefishing, diving, beach walking and relaxation. For DIY anglers looking to bonefish this is your place. We loved our stay. Accommodations are new and perfect for a couple or pair, all the essentials and the amenities have everything covered!
