"Unser Aufenthalt im Arosa Straubinger in Bad Gastein war rundum wunderbar. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam, und das Hotel selbst ist ein wirklich besonderer Ort. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Frühstück im ehemaligen Ballsaal – eine tolle Atmosphäre und eine sehr gute Auswahl. Auch die Zimmer sind wunderschön gestaltet und haben viel Charme. Für uns persönlich wäre es schön gewesen, wenn der Wellnessbereich etwas länger geöffnet hätte. Außerdem hätte ich mich über ein Dampfbad...

"Kaikki sujui toiveidemme mukaan eikä meillä ollut mitään valittamista. Nätti hotelli useine mahdollisuuksineen, lapsille/nuorille sopiva ajanviettohuone oli hyvä. Sijainti n 2km kävelyetäisyydellä gondolista oli meille ok."

"Det bedste man kan sige om stedet er; placering. Ellers dårlig indeklima på værelser og badeværelse; der var skimmelsvamp på badeværelse, ingen ventilation eller vindue? På 1 sal lugtede der af kloak hele ugen. Ski rum, ingen støvle tørre og vand på gulv. Man må gå med skistøvler på gangene og ind på værelserne? Gammelt hotel som har fået en hurtig “make over”. Skuffende ud fra Salzburger Hof standard og deres andre hoteller. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel"

"All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. My only criticism of the hotel is the evening food options were disappointing and means that you really need to go out to find...

"Alles war toll :-) Sehr nettes Team, jede Menge Infos per whatsapp, tolles Frühstück und ich durfte sogar Late-check-out machen. Zimmer supergeräumig und sehr stilvoll und modern. Gerade wird der Wellnessbereich umgebaut, ich komme garantiert im Winter wieder. Danke euch :-) "

"The stay did not quite live up to my expectations which I based on previous excellent reviews. The location and scenery was very good with guest parking next to the building. Unfortunately the apartment was worn out with fairly unconfortable furniture to relax on after a long day outdoors. The bed in one of the bedrooms was simply a bad and noisy build not giving a good nights sleep. Fortunately there are many excellent alternatives in Bad Gastein with the same pricing. "

"Mooi ruim appartement. Hartstikke nieuw. Op goede locatie in dorp. Dichtbij lift en dichtbij winkelstraat. Iedere kamer heeft een eigen douche en toilet. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Ook vaatwasser. Stond niet allemaal in de beschrijving, dus wij waren blij verrast. Skiruim met verwarming op begane grond. Eigen parkeerplaats bij appartement. Was top! "

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...
