  • Pelicans Landing is a gorgeous fully renovated Split Level 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Home, boasting lush landscaping with beautiful mango and oak trees. The fenced in yard offers a private backyard resort with a large free form heated pool, hot tub, poolside lounging hightop table dining & outdoor fireplace. Perfectly located in the heart of Historical Downtown Stuart.

    Pelicans Landing is situated in the highly sought after beautiful, quiet & quaint neighborhood of Hildabrad Park, in Stuart, Florida. Prime Location, nestled along the St. Lucie River, 1 block from the water & only 1 mile from charming Historic Downtown Stuart and just minutes from the most stunning beaches of the Treasure Coast, the breathtaking natural beaches of famous Hutchinson Island. This home is a treasure found on the Treasure Coast!



    Head to Downtown Stuart, with many quaint shops, waterfront restaurants, galleries, the Stuart Heritage Museum and walks on the scenic Riverwalk boardwalk on the St. Lucie River. Live entertainment can be found in the 1920’s restored Lyric Theater and on the Riverwalk waterfront stage. Many arts and crafts festivals & weekly markets are offered. A beautiful place for dining, shopping & sightseeing. Enjoy spectacular sunsets & waterfront scenery.

    This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this .not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are welcome to use the washing machine as well.

Great house! Great place for a family. Location was perfect. It’s clean, open concept floor plan to accommodate, and very nice. Only downside is jacuzzi did not work.

Amazing stay, perfect location. Just wanted a pool home for a few days. I will be booking again for me and my boys. The only negative was big thick pillows. The beds though were fantastic. Unique layout and split plan.

Perfect

The house and location was perfect. We spent the majority of the trip in and by the pool which was a little oasis. The house was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. If you’re looking for an alternative to a hotel but still close to everything downtown has to offer you should check out this house. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

We had a fabulous girls weekend. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and was in proximity to all the things we had on our weekend Itinerary. We loved the pool and they lay out of the house. Travis and Kim were excellent hosts.

We had an enjoyable stay! Travis and Karin were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. The home was spotless when we checked in. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again —actually we have already booked our trip for 2027!

Travis was great. He quickly replaced the string lights that were damaged from a recent storm. He also gave us great info on where the kids could see manatees!

Great Family vacation

This home is simply great! It was very clean and well appointed. The family had a fantastic time. We simply can’t say enough about Travis and Karin the property managers . Any question that came up, they responded so quickly to us. It is very rare that you find a property manager of a home to be so available and kind. We will definitely return!

Week Stay in April

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It is a beautiful house and very comfortable. It was very clean when we checked in and the bathrooms were very nice and there were plenty of towels. All of the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was large enough that there were spots for everyone to enjoy including a den/bonus room my son loved and a dedicated board game room. The family room and TV were perfect for our large family with comfy areas for all of us. The location was great - walkable to downtown. We did have some trouble with the hot tub not staying hot (we finally got it working on the last night) and the AC upstairs turning off intermittently throughout the trip. The management team always responded quickly but it seems like long term fixes might be necessary for both of these areas.

The host was not very welcoming and charged us extra for using clean sheets we found in the closet. Wholesale charged as a cleaning fee. It felt like I was being nickel and dimed. It was disappointing

Exceptional

The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked!! Travis made the check-in process easy and was very responsive when we had some minor issues. The only negative was the pool. It was cloudy and dirty on arrival. The pool guy cleaned and shocked it on day 2 but the main side returns were not running so it never cleared during our stay.
