    A HOME TO RELAX AND UNWIND

    The flat has been finished to a clean, modern standard throughout, with good natural light across all rooms and a practical layout that works well for groups sharing the space whether for work or leisure. The living room is a comfortable and welcoming retreat after a day out, furnished with a grey corner sofa and a flat-screen smart TV, with room-darkening blinds fitted to help you wind down at any time of day.     THE LAYOUT

    The flat is entered through a white-panelled front door on Gloucester Street and is reached via an internal staircase to the upper floor. Please note the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

    EXTRA CHARGES

    • A cleaning fee of £80 applies per stay. This covers the full end-of-stay professional clean and is included on every booking.

    BOOKING POLICY

    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
