Stayed for Crufts, 4th/6th March. Returned first day from Arena at 3.45 pm and room had not been serviced. Tried to phone Reception to find out phone did not work! Had to go to Reception, told fresh towels would be sent within minutes. ONE HOUR later, returned to Reception to ask for Duty Manager. ...

Calm, relaxing stay, very friendly staff. I had a small leak in the bathroom, which was fixed quickly by a very friendly engineer. All round good experience, highly recommended comfortable stay the night before my flight

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Airport NEC by IHG
The hotel was clean and tidy, we had a good stay. We had a family room which I will say is tiny, was a tight fit for the three of us and we found the master bed quite hard, but could be preference... Overall good stay, breakfast was very good.
