The villa consists of two apartments on two levels, each with a separate entrance. Both boast breathtaking lake views from every room. You can sip some fine Italian wine while admiring the fabulous view through the large windows in the living room or relax right in the beautiful garden, which is equipped with a dining set.
All the warm and cozy rooms are sure to make your stay a pleasant one. You’ll be able to plan your visits and tours at your leisure, as the villa offers free Wi-Fi.
The ground-floor apartment features a spacious, bright living room with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and dishwasher.
You can relax in the two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed for two people. Bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining area next to large windows overlooking the lake, along with comfortable armchairs, sofas, and a TV. The kitchen was completely renovated in 2016 and features a microwave and dishwasher. This apartment features 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one single bedroom, and one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Its location offers guests a peaceful atmosphere and a delightful, comfortable stay where they can enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the hermitage of St. Catherine.
The villa, located in the village of Magognino, is about 8 km from the center of Stresa, where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. In addition, from the boat landing, you can easily reach the magnificent Borromean Islands by public transportation or taxi boat.
Stresa isn’t just about the lake—it’s also about the mountains! Magnificent trails for walks and scenic hikes invite you to explore the stunning surrounding mountains on foot.
