4 bedroom amazing home in Strøby

This beautiful holiday home is situated in the first row to the bay of Køge. The house is built from the best materials. Here you have a beautiful view of the water from the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom. Outside you will find a large, beautiful terrace with an outdoor pool and good garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the long summer evenings undisturbed and refresh yourself in the heated pool. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances you need. The living room is furnished with modern furniture and from here you have access to the terrace. The annex in the backyard contains 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. There are also 2 bathrooms in the main house with a bath and television. A really beautiful house where everything has been thought of. The pool is available from April to the end of October.

Never ever will use Novasol again ! What happened to us was a nightmare !!

The house was in a state of dirty which was unbelievable! We could NOT check in for two nights and had to rent another accommodation near by - now we were a family with children so you can imagine our night mare in the middle of the dark Danish winter looking for places to sleep after a flight from London hungry and very tired as it was after 5 pm! Even though they sent cleaners three times more I had to spend a whole day cleaning the place which was absolutely sticky all over with chunks of some black stuff on the floor which we found out it was poo all over !! They advertised the house as a four bedroom place when we arrived there two double bedrooms was located in an outside building and for our surprise it was like “building site” as they were building a toilet/ shower in there. When we finally checked in in the following morning (day 3) there were two builders working there and we couldn’t believe !!! My parents in law who was supposed to join us cancelled their trip because there was no space. My brother in law with wife and two children had to sleep on the floor inside the second bedroom in the house as there was not enough space. I have horrible pictures of all that and I am intending to post it so people can see what I am talking about. We have conversations with the Danish staff of Novasol which tried to help but so far we haven’t received a refund as they mentioned they would give. I am still in a state of chock on how Novasol is a company which seems to not really know what they are doing to be honest as the guy seemed to have no idea on none of the above so it is very clear to us Novasol does not care about their customers neither the property owners they don’t check or make sure the properties are in good standard for the client to check in. We ended up meeting the owner who owes the restaurant next door and we told him of all this and that he should look for another company to look after his rental house as it will be destroyed (and it was as there were broken things the previous people broke ) and Novasol of course didn’t seem to know none of the above !! I kept taking pictures and sending to them as I was absolutely disgusted!!!! So overall our experience was very negative I couldn’t say how bad it was in words as it was traumatic and we will never use Novasol again.
