  • This is a highly desirable, one of a kind, ground floor E unit property. It is a 60 second walk to the never crowded Tamarack lift. Park your car and never use it again. Stores, restaurants and village are all within a few minute walk. Great for couples or families
    of 4. All new couches and mattress - 2022. Tempur Pedic Medium foam Queen Bed, two twin mattresses with 3" memory foam toppers, all new linens + pillows. Maximum Occupancy is 4 people, this unit is not suitable for more than 3 adults. Ground Floor Unit - Walk to lift, ski to front or back door. This condo has all amenities, fully stocked pantry, firewood outside the patio, two TV's with cable, Netflix, Prime, games, sleds, and more! Any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Cozy & Convenient

Great ski in/ski out condo with all you need for a wonderful ski getaway. Prime location, comfy bedding and easy access to all that Stratton Mountain has to offer. Top notch all around!

Location, Location, Location! Amazing spot for a family of three! Tamarack Lift was literally one min away, and we skied right back to the condo. Snow was fantastic this year. The hosts’ gesture of providing basic condiments was appreciated, and the place was spotless. Ground-floor access made gear unloading a breeze, and parking was super convenient. Definitely plan to return—thanks!

Clean, warm and all necessities

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for a family of four. The location was ideal - steps away from the ski lift. The condo itself was clean, inviting and adorable. We felt at home in this place!

A Wonderfully Cozy Getaway!

We loved Rachel and David’s place in Stratton! The location is perfect. Close to the village, less than a 1 min walk to a lift, and still quiet in the evenings. Kid-friendly and super cozy and welcoming. The fireplace is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. We would definitely stay again!

Incredible Location & Property

My wife and I went to Stratton with our newborn for a weekend getaway. The property was beautiful and in a perfect location. We could easily walk to the base lodge in 5 minutes. The hosts had plenty of supplies stocked in the property and even left a welcome gift. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Cozy, clean and very nice property. Loved the extra touches (wine, stocked pantry, wood to make a fire, hand warmers) and the ski in/out was super convenient. Communication was excellent and fast. Highly recommend!

Great ski in/out condo at Stratton

This was the perfect rental for my husband and I making a quick trip up to ski Stratton. The ski in/out was very convenient and easy! Walking distance to the shops and restaurants! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Family ski vacation

Great location for a ski vacation at Stratton. Just a 1 minute walk to the Tamarack lift. The townhouse was very clean and stocked with extra amenities. Perfect for a family of 4. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Great slope side unit for a small family

Amazing property, less than 1 min walk to the slopes. Kids room is super cute with snug bunk beds. Very nice touches by the owners: fire ready to go and a bottle of wine. Unit is stocked with all the little things you need for an amazing stay, not just bare minimum like some units these days. Would love to stay again.

Fabulous location and unit

The property was absolutely perfect for our group! Very easy parking and right beside the lift. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need. The bathroom was recently remodeled and also very well stocked. We will definitely be back!!

Great location and hosts

The location was amazing! Right next to the Tamarack lift and a 5 minute walk to the village. It has plenty of space for a family of 4, the bunk room is cozy but perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds. The condo was very clean and well stocked, and the thoughtful owners left us a bottle of wine, Stratton stickers, and wood all ready to go in the fireplace. The foyer had a great drop area for skis and gear, and everything we needed was easy to find. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice clean property. Spacious and comfortable furniture. Kitchen is updates. Didn't use the small bunk room, but it looked fine for 2 kids to sleep in. Condo is right next to the Tamarak lift which was a big plus!

Location, Location, Location!!!!!

The condo was great. You literally ski off the mountain and right up to the door! Its perfect for a small family with young kids. The bathroom and the kitchen were new. The master bed was comfortable (Memory foam) and the hosts very generously let us have a late checkout. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the apartment was just great for us to have a lovely weekend spring skiing.

Mid-week ski getaway

We could not of asked for a better location. EASY walk from condo to ski lift and you can literally ski from the Tamarack lift right to the condo’s front door! Condo was cozy and had all needed amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location, wonderful hosts, gorgeous property

Family of four (two adults, two pre-teens) stayed last weekend of Feb 2022. Hosts were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. The condo is literally an easy 30 to 60 second walk to one of the main lifts at Stratton - location could not be better. The unit is beautiful - warm, nicely decorated, great internal area for boots and skis, a washer and dryer, fully usable modern kitchen with all the equipment you could want/need. Master bedroom was insanely comfortable (amazing bed and quality linens) and the bunk room for our two kids was super cool! The owners make you feel like part of their family (in the absolute best way possible) welcoming use of pantry items, providing excellent proactive communication and information. This is by-far one of the best ski condo rental experiences whe have had in the past five years (about twenty different properties). My family loved it and we would go back in a heartbeat. Stratton is a great place to ski/eat/hang out, and this condo is the PERFECT complement to the Stratton experience. Five stars!
