The Loft - 3 Bedrooms!

Very sunny very different third floor space with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. AC.
Large open kitchen. Large open main space - blue tooth stereo system so turn on your tunes and relax. Comfy mattresses, feather and non-feather pillows, down duvets... Bring cables to connect your computer to the TV for on line viewing...Bring your yoga mat. Situated right downtown close to everything! Family friendly or hang out with friends. Very tiny deck-ette. Terrace at the back of the building.

Please note that Th Loft is up one long and one short flight of stairs.
The space is in the funky old Baker Building. It is located right across from the liquor store .The street level tenants are Soup Surreal - do take out for easy meals `at home`, Diamond Dog Vinyl and Knit Stitch. Friendly vibe. 3 minute walk to the Avon Theatre, 20 minute walk to Tom Patterson Theatre and 30 minute walk to Festival Theatre.

Wellington Street has several of the best restaurants in town. Red Rabbit. Serkle [for lunch]. And more on Market Square. Revel coffee very nearby. Soup Surreal for take out. Also Thai Magic does take-out. The Butcher and Baker has loads of food essentials.

Laundry room in building.On site parking is subject to availability. But free municipal lot is one block away.
Feel free to move the main space furniture around to suit your needs.
The kitchen is minimally equipped. There is AC though you may need to turn it on when you arrive if we forget....

Convenient location! Easy walking distance to all the three theatres in Stratford. Lots of nearby restaurants and pubs. Great place to stay!

Stratford lovers

Great location, very clean and loved having 3 bathrooms. The steps are a no for anyone with mobility issues (they warn you of these). Take a strong teen along to cart your luggage up the steps!!! Great communication with the host!!

Everything you could expect, and, unfortunately, a little more.

Great location. It was nice to have three bathrooms, two of which are ensuite to bedrooms. The only downside was a German cockroach that scampered acroos the floor upon our arrival, which I killed. Hopefully, they'll have this issue taken care before the next group of visitors.

fantastic location we walked everywhere . Very unique and very spacious space . Nicely decorated and had everything we needed There were 4 of us but 6 could easily be comfortable there .Brendan was responsive

Wonderful stay

My sisters and friends loved this place! Very eclectic… something fun to look at wherever you turned! Would certainly return.. location is great and our host recommended Bluebird restaurant. We had a lovely meal there before seeing the play ‘ Something Rotten’ which was terrific.

Close to Everything!

We loved being in the middle of downtown Stratford and close enough to walk everywehre we needed to be. The loft had pretty much everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay and it was such a bonus to find such an affordable option with 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms. No fighting between teens having to share a bathroom on this vacation! ;) We had one maintenance issue with a clogged drain and the property management responded immediatly and got the issue fixed within a couple hours. We were very happy with the ease of communication. We'd absolutely stay here again. I only wished for washclothes in additon to the bath and hand towels provided. This also wouldn't be the best place for anyone with mobility issues since the flat is up two very long/narrow staircases. For us it was perfect though! Thanks again for making everything so smooth and easy for our stay.
