i have stayed at many, many Hampton Inns over the years. Always look forward to the beds for a good nights sleep. Not last night! The bed in Effingham was poor quality and not up to Hamptons standards. Please look into this

This was a booking error for the dates but the staff was extremely understanding and helped me rebook and assisted with making the online booking problems to be no longer a problem! Everyone at this property on the staff has always been nothing short of awesome every time we have stayed!
