Superb private villa of 200 m², fully air-conditioned, with a private wellness area and a real games room: up to 15 guests in top-of-the-range conditions.

Set in a peaceful Alsatian village, 12 to 20 minutes from Strasbourg city centre, it is the ideal place to gather with family or friends and explore our beautiful region.

THE BEDROOMS

The five bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, have recently renewed bedding for a great night's sleep.

• Bedroom 1, on the ground floor with no stairs: 2 double beds 160x200 and 1 single bed 80x200

• Bedroom 2: 2 double beds 160x200

• Bedroom 3, upstairs: 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 single bed 90x200

• Bedroom 4, upstairs: 1 double bed 160x200

• Mezzanine, open sleeping area without a door: 2 single beds 80x200

That is 6 double beds and 4 single beds, 16 sleeping places for 15 guests.

Ground floor wheelchair-accessible via a ramp: living room, kitchen, bedroom 1, bathroom with step-free shower and grab bars, toilet. The other bedrooms are upstairs. For a group of 15, the villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets: plan the morning schedule accordingly.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am

• Minimum 2 nights (exceptions on request, but never at the weekend)

• Pets welcome, 30 € per animal

!! Please do not eat in the rooms !!

• Set in a quiet neighbourhood, the villa does not host parties or events, and we ask for quiet outside between 10 pm and 8 am, jacuzzi included

• Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made on your arrival. Towels are provided; just bring a bathrobe for the jacuzzi if you wish.
