  • Welcome to our home “Pinewood Retreat” less than 5 minutes from the heart of Stowe Village and a short 15 minute drive up the mountain to world class skiing and snowboarding in the breathtaking four season’s town of Stowe! Our home is in the perfect location for a wholesome Stowe experience-5 mins from Moss Glen Falls, 5 mins to the renowned Stowe Country Club and within minutes to awesome hiking and biking trails! Come stay and feel right at home, and experience charming Stowe!

    The hassle-free keyless entry will lead you into our newly renovated and set up, bright and charming 1840+ sq. ft. home - a cozy place to stay either as a single family or with a group of friends. Each detail of our home is designed with you in mind for an ultimate “home away from home” experience.

    Our home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, a media/game room, a laundry/mud room, an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area along with two and a half baths. The home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Enjoy ample outdoor space and make memories around the fire pit.

    The first level has a convenient bedroom with an attached bathroom that has a soaking tub and a shower. It features a comfortable queen bed and has access to the porch on the side yard.

    The kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances and a variety of choices for our tea/coffee lovers! If you prefer to cook your meals, you will find pots, pans, spices and everything in between!

    Kick back and relax on the comfortable couches in the air conditioned living room beside the electric fireplace and enjoy your favorite shows on the high resolution flat screen TV!

    Stow away all your outdoor play gear in the mud room that also hosts a new washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Enjoy some play time and have fun on the air hockey table in this room. This room also has an enclosed dry sauna to soothe you after your day out in the winters. Please make sure to read the precautions posted inside the sauna before using it.

    The second level boasts two bedrooms, both with window AC units - a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and ample closet space, and another bedroom with two super comfy twin beds.

    Enjoy movie nights or play games with family and friends in the separate media room on the second level, with a trundle day bed, a high resolution flat screen TV, and board games. This room also has window AC unit and a dedicated work space with a desk, table light and comfortable chair to help you accomplish your work. Home has high speed (1 GB) fiber internet that will make streaming movies or playing video games a breeze!

    A good night sleep on high end memory foam mattresses on all the beds will leave you rested and recharged!

    Pinewood Retreat is at the heart of everything Stowe has to offer!

    A convenient 2 minute drive to Shaw's supermarket for your everyday needs, and close to bars, restaurants and boutique shopping!

    Less than 5 minutes from the heart of Stowe Village and a short 15 minute drive up the mountain to world class skiing and snowboarding, 5 mins from Moss Glen Falls and 5 mins to the renowned Stowe Country Club.

We Loved our stay during 4th of July weekend. The Vrbo write up was accurate. The location was a short drive to restaurants and stores but far enough away from the hub bub and traffic. It was a short walk to a great coffee shop that opened at 7am. The house was perfect for our needs. We had plenty of room and privacy.We love to cook with family and friends when we go away, the kitchen was a great size for that. There was plenty of room to hang out. We had a little fire in the fire pit. The location of the house is close to the road, but with the landscaping of the property you felt like you had a private area. I’d rent it again in the future. The house is about 20’ away from Stowe. Great location, have everything that we need for a big group. This is our 3rd time stay and will return next year

Property was exactly as described and in photos (with a newer w/d set). Host is quick to reply and flexible when I had an online snafu booking our dates. LOVE the location. So close to Main Street and only 15 minute-ish drive to skiing. So nice to have coffee stocked and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The place was perfectly clean and so cute! If digital keypad doesn't open for you, just try again - it was probably user error but it took us a couple of tries. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was spacious , nicely decorated,clean, and comfortable Could have used a few more pots , pans and dish towels Very welcoming with a few snacks and coffee/tea bar set up to use upon arrival …nice touch ! It is close to everything and on the main road which is very busy most of the day Traffic noise is significantly decreased in the evening and through the night Had a wonderful time and would stay again

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! We really appreciated all of the little touches that were added throughout the home to make it feel cozy and welcoming. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the space was open and bright. We loved the air conditioning units and many fans that were provided for the hot summer months. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy home in a great location

This house was perfect for our ski weekend in Stowe! It was cozy and spacious and provided everything we needed. The host was super responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Great spot for 6 of us on a skiing vacation. Downtown Stowe is quaint with a lot of great eateries, bakeries, coffee places. Convenient grocery allowed us to cook at the house several nights.

Smita was very responsive and had a beautiful home! Close to everything we wanted to do in Stowe. Would definitely stay again!

Stowe Trip

Had a great stay at this location in Stowe. Very close to town and all activities we were looking for. Check in was easy and communication was very good throughout. Plenty of space for our group, beds were comfortable and kitchen had all needed items to prepare meals. Fire pit was a nice touch to hang outside. Would stay here again.

We had a nice stay except for the rusty water. The odor of rust was quite strong as well as the color on the shower wall and shower curtain.
