Things to Know:
- Saturday arrivals and departures are not permitted; arrival and departure are allowed on other days

- Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- No smoking of any kind
- No removal of studio items outside the property (such as coffee mugs, towels, blankets or kitchen items). We do inventory before and after your stay; you will be charged for missing items.
