  • This gorgeous holiday home in Stoumont Ardennes has 4 bedrooms and comes with a lovely panoramic view over the Amblève valley that you can enjoy from the large windows. The house can accommodate up to 9 people and is perfect for group and family vacations with pets. The holiday home is quietly situated only 300 m away from the town centre of the village and restaurants are barely 300 m away. You are in the heart of a beautiful, hilly region of Belgium with lots of sights and activities such as hiking and mountain bike routes. The waterfalls of Coo and the caves of Remourchamps are perfect for a day's trip. The lovely terrace and the large garden overlook the Amblève valley and also gives you access to the communal volleyball field and the three boules courts. You will completely relax in this home as it comes with a lovely wellness area with bubble bath and sauna. The nearest airport is Liège Airport, 36 km away. Note: Charging electric vehicles at the house is strictly prohibited
    For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Wir hatten ein tolles langes Wochenende (Mai 2024) in diesem ausgezeichneten Ferienhaus. Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung mit unseren 3 Kindern genossen. Sehr praktisch mit 4 Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenem Bad. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. (inkl. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl) Der Whirlpool und die Sauna sind auch an einem regnerischen Tag sehr schön. Der Eigentümer ist sehr flexibel und die Kommunikation per E-Mail ist einfach.

The host was very friendly and to be honest I don't want to complain a lot. The only thing is that the previous guests before us left a lot of dirty dishes behind and that the bbq wasn't cleaned. So that ruined the stay a little bit because the first hours we very busy with cleaning.

Het is een huis met veel mogelijkheden. Het ligt centraal om overal naar toe te rijden moet wandelen. Top is dat er een bakker vlakbij is. Sommige kamers missen een kast en voor zo een huis vinden we dat de gordijnen veel te veel licht doorlaten ( denk aan de middagdutjes voor baby’s of kleine kinderen). Als we het binnen kwamen, lagen er overal kruimels op de tafel, overal stof en vuiltjes op de vloer en verschillende vuile borden gevonden met resten van eten. Verder enorm genoten met ons gezin in het huis.

Zeer aangename vakantie, begin juli 2025. De grote ramen op het zuid-westen maken dat het binnen wel heel warm kan worden, als de zon hard schijnt. Maar dat was alleen de eerste 2 of 3 dagen het geval. Vanuit het huis kan je meteen beginnen wandelen (of fietsen, als dat je ding is). En als je de wandelingen in de buurt allemaal hebt gemaakt, dan zijn er nog genoeg alternatieven op 10 of 15 minuten rijden. De omgeving is heel mooi; afwisseling van weiden, loofbossen, dennenbomen, ... De bakker in het dorp heeft elke dag vers brood, ter plaatse gebakken. Er is ook een apotheek, indien nodig. Restaurants op 10 minuten rijden. Voor grotere boodschappen moet je wel wat verder. Het huis is goed uitgerust; in de keuken is alles dat je nodig hebt. Het was er schoon bij aankomst. De sauna en het bubbelbad hebben we niet gebruikt, maar zagen er in orde uit. De slaapkamers zijn orde; allemaal met een eigen lavabo en douche. De eigenaars zijn vriendelijke mensen, die hun best doen om je te helpen als er iets is. We huren al meer dan 20 jaar huisjes, bij diverse organisaties, maar dit is echt een aanrader !

Heel mooi gelegen vakantiewoning met een super panoramisch uitzicht. Prima service vanwege de eigenaar: koffiemachine werkte niet en deze werd onmiddellijk ingewisseld. Jammer dat de bedden verdeling die op de Belvilla site staat niet overeenstemt met de realiteit. Ook de getoonde foto's van de slaapkamer zijn niet meer up to date. Er is nu 1 slaapkamer met een dubbelbed en een enkelbed, 2 slaapkamers met een dubbelbed, 1 slaapkamer met twee bijeen geschoven enkelbedden. Ook jammer dat er in de slaapkamer met de twee bijeengeschoven enkelbedden geen kast is voorzien. Verder is alles top!

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Er was na een paar dagen een probleem met de afvoer in de keuken maar na contact met de eigenaar werd dit snel opgelost. We hebben genoten van het mooie uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en keuken en van de wellness. Vanuit het huis kan je mooie wandelingen doen.
