Welcome to this delightful country house, nestled in a tranquil village setting, ideal for family getaways. Designed with family comfort in mind, the house can accommodate up to nine guests (maximum four adults) and features ample space with family rooms, outdoor games, a large covered jacuzzi, and two inviting living rooms. The open kitchen boasts modern appliances and a garden view, perfect for preparing meals together while enjoying the serene surroundings. The cozy atmosphere blends "Ardennes-chic" decor with spaces to gather around the fireplace or watch your favorite shows. The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance hall leading to a well-equipped laundry room and a separate toilet. You'll find two living areas, one with a pellet stove and another equipped with a TV, alongside a spacious dining area. The second floor features a charming bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an en-suite shower room. There’s also a family room with a 180 cm bed and a kids' room, ensuring everyone has their sense of space and comfort, while the upper floor includes two more bedrooms—one with two single beds and another with a 180 cm bed and a private living area. Step outside to discover a sunny terrace furnished for alfresco dining, featuring BBQ facilities, swings, and a pétanque court. The covered and heated jacuzzi is accessible year-round, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring nearby attractions, including the famous Coo waterfalls, a sports center, an amusement park, and the renowned Spa-Francorchamps circuit. With two parking spaces available and a host of family-friendly amenities, this inviting country house is the perfect setting for creating cherished memories in a peaceful and picturesque environment.

Review – Petite Cour in Stoumont (via Belvilla)Van 22 t/m 25 augustus verbleven wij met twee gezinnen in Petite Cour in Stoumont. Het is een fijn huis in een prachtige en centraal gelegen omgeving, ideaal om de regio te verkennen.De toegang tot het huis verloopt via een cijfercode en er is geen host ter plaatse. In ons geval vonden wij dit jammer, omdat er volgens de voorwaarden geen huisdieren zijn toegestaan, terwijl het huis bij aankomst sterk rook naar natte honden, vooral bij het vloerkleed en de stoffen eetkamerstoelen.De meeste kamers hebben raambekleding, maar de dakramen op zolder helaas niet. In de zomermaanden word je daardoor erg vroeg wakker door het licht. We hebben zelf de ramen moeten afplakken met vuilniszakken om toch wat langer te kunnen slapen.De buitenset was bij aankomst erg vies en de kussens hadden duidelijk veel regen doorstaan. Een tip is om deze binnen op te bergen of bij de jacuzzi te leggen zodat ze droog blijven. Daarnaast hadden we helaas behoorlijk veel last van vliegen, wat gedurende ons verblijf toenam. Er hangen wel vliegenvangers, maar die hadden weinig effect.Contact met de host verliep via de app. Helaas stond de host niet open voor feedback en reageerde vrij passief/agressief op onze opmerkingen over de hondengeur en de ontbrekende raambekleding. Dat vonden wij niet erg gastvrij en zeker niet de houding die je van een host verwacht.Bij aankomst lag er ook een formulier op tafel over kosten voor vuilniszakken en elektriciteit.
