Inside, 100 well-used square metres await, with a warm and simple interior. There are three bedrooms spread across the main house and annex – four beds in the house and three in the annex, which is accessed through the workshop. There’s space for both togetherness and privacy.



The living room is the heart of the house, with a wood-burning stove and plenty of room around the dining table and sofa. Large, tall windows let in plenty of light and offer views of the protected meadow. The kitchen is functional and open to the living area, making it easy to be together while preparing meals.



With internet, a heat pump and a wood stove, the house can be used year-round. The cosy atmosphere invites long evenings – with games, a good film, or simply peace and quiet. Outdoor life is best enjoyed on the terrace with open views over the green surroundings.



The area is perfect for a slow-paced holiday. Just one kilometre away, the beach invites walks, swimming and relaxation. Close by are also meadows and the Halleby Stream, offering diverse nature up close. Ideal for fishing, hiking, or simply breathing deeply.



South of Kalundborg, you’ll find an authentic holiday atmosphere without the crowds. Be sure to visit Reersø, which is close to the house. It’s a charming area with a small harbour, brewery, ice cream, inn, fishing and walking trails. There are bike routes, small harbours and local life. The flat terrain is ideal for exploring by bike. Family-friendly beaches, birdlife and quiet roads make this area suitable for both couples and families.
