Mystic Area Waterfront with Amazing Views

  • The property is feet from the water, well back from the street, and inside a compound with off street parking for 4 cars. The interior has a mid-century design and open floor plan with bright sunny rooms. There is a king master suite on the second floor and a queen Murphy bed in the first floor studio. There are no steps to the first floor bed and there is full bath adjacent, making it a good space for guests with mobility challenges. All white linens are professionally laundered, including fresh duvets. The floors are all hard surface with beach vacation in mind. Enjoy the three season dining area with grill just outside. The second floor deck is simply massive. There is a cozy first floor deck with cafe seating that faces the sunrise. Adirondack chairs and fire pit are set by the water, and outdoor lounge seating is shaded by a waterfront pergola.

This is by far the nicest rental we have ever had! The setting is spectacular and there are multiple decks to enjoy the water views from filled w comfortable and clean furniture.The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The location is perfect for touring Stonington/ Mystic/ Westerly and RI beaches. An added bonus is free kayak rentals from the adjoining marina!And the owner is very responsive and available!

Amazing views for lazing days

The house is perfect for a couple- plenty of room, very clean and very comfortable. The views and location are perfect- we had a great time exploring Stonington, Watch Hill and Mystic.

wonderful getaway

Very nice stay, views are amazing if you want a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. Restaurants nearby and amazing vineyard a few miles away. Paul was a great host and very helpful.

Perfect costal weekend get away

This property was perfect! So much beautiful outdoors space. Host did a wonderful job communicating, house was spotless and had everything we’d need for a summer weekend away. 5 stars and would definitely stay here again, we loved it!

Just what we were looking for!

We arrived to gorgeous weather that continued through our entire stay. The house was charming, including beautiful views of the water from every deck. It was very clean and well stocked to make our visit very relaxing. We definitely would consider returning to this great property and location.

Always a great stay!

Our favorite home away from home! Views are incredible! House is clean, great mattresses and linens. Boat rental was wonderful and worth it. Easy to get to downtown Stonington for great food and great people. Looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect Place

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. The host was very easy to contact and very helpful with all my questions. The place itself was spotless and with multiple beautiful balconies overlooking the river. We had a great time here and will be making sure to visit again.

This is a gem!

Cleanest vrbo property we have stayed at- Even the screened in porch was spotless. We wish the weather had cooperated to use all the outdoor spaces. Thankful for a couple covered porches to enjoy the scenery. Great home away from home in a convenient but quiet location.

Great Springtime Getaway

Paul is a fantastic host and remained communicative throughout our stay. The house and area guides he provided were a great bonus. The decks/outdoor space cannot be beat. Location is very convenient—easy to get to all area attractions and dining. Highly recommend!

Pristine get away.

See above.Beautiful views of nature and people having fun boating on the cove. Had a number of people just come down for the day- so close to Hartford. Beautiful vacation home. Host was very communicative and friendly.

Family vacation to hometown

Took our elderly in-laws back to their hometown for a visit to see family and some long time friends. The VRBO house was located in the area my father in-law grew up, which he totally enjoyed. The views from the property are very lovely, everyone enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch having morning coffee.

Sister weekend

Fantastic! Spot on with location and views. So relaxing on the water. Sit and chat- in shade with cool hanging chair or rooftop lounge or screened dining- so many options. Great instructions, guides to local activities & food. Zack helped us at the marina for some relaxing kayak time. Loved this place.

Great Location...and setting

It is so easy to get into Mystic and Newport. We have rented from Paul before, so it was easy to select the same property for our vacation. He is very responsive.

Nice and clean house

The place was as advertised can’t predict the weather which it rained and thunderstorms ⛈️ but we knew that the last day was fantastic close proximity to mystic and the ocean 🌊 just wish the weather would have cooperated

A great place to visit family!

My family of 4 had a lovely stay. The house was clean and has been nicely remodeled. We have family that lives nearby in Ashaway and this was a great house for us to stay in while we visited from California. The view was amazing and we had fun using this as our home base while we visited local sites. We loved being able to walk over to the marina to borrow kayaks and paddle boards. One challenge for us was there are no bedroom doors so those that got up early had to be extra quiet not to wake the other people still sleeping. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will come back to stay during another visit.

Peaceful

Everything about the property was amazing, the location was beautiful. The only thing we thought it needed was a TV upstairs and covering for the side porch, we love sitting outside when it rains, the roof is decking boards so it leaked. The porch beside the kitchen has screened doors so the wind blew the rain in. All in all a wonderful vacation spot and would definitely revisit.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

My husband and I rented this house as our daughter was getting married at a nearby vineyard. It was the perfect house and setting for my daughter and her bridesmaids to get ready for the big day. The house was very clean and provides all the amenities you’d want. Paul, the host, was very responsive and excellent in communicating which I truly appreciated. Hoping yo visit again next Fall and just relax and enjoy the beauty of Stonington.

Views are amazing

Beautiful property and setting! Spacious and decorated nicely. Great kitchen with everything you need. Upper deck is incredible and comfy with views of the river. Wonderful screened in porch. Marina right next door. We brought our own kayaks. Communication is always easy if you have questions. We love all of Paul’s properties! Love all the restaurants in Stonington. Shopping close by, wineries, breweries as well.
