"All except the coffee pots. Both need some cleaning. Keurig didn't work at all. Other coffee pot took 1 hour to make coffee . But other than that we ENJOYED it. Thank you."

"A very cozy and clean place to stay during your trip to Fredericksburg. Not far out of the way to get some peace and quite, amazing views on the property too!. The hot tub was clean and ready to go. I highly recommend staying here. "
