"Won’t do this one again. I paid the same amount here as a really nice hotel (Delta) only 10mi away.
This place reminds me of a Motel 8 - super basic (not even cups in rooms) and zero frills, which is fine for a quick night stay as long as it’s clean….but it wasn’t.
Pulled down my bedding to find black hairs all over the pillows and on the sheets. The pillows still smelled slept on (like dirty hair) so I requested a room change. I had to pack everything up and move again late at night -...

"We had a nice king room. The hotel is like new with updated amenities, like a large streaming tv and well decorated. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was better than average, with a plus for using silverware, glasses, real plates and coffee cups.
Our only problem was that the ADA bathroom was not built correctly and water from the shower did not drain into the drains. It flooded most of the bathroom and the hotel's response was to give us towels to mop it up. They really shouldn't...

"I was there for business trip. It was not so far from the airport and close to Gaylord resort where the conference was. But the hotel itself was very isolated nothing was around the hotel.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was not too bad - egg, sausage, bread, yogurt, etc."

"Overall experience was quite good aside from the barking dog in the room next door. Although we love animals, we do NOT like staying in areas that other's pets are allowed.
Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out.
Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating.
Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate."

"I checked around 9:30 pm and went straight to sleep. I woke up about 3 am to use the bathroom only to discover the toilet was not operable and had no water on the toilet.
I called the front desk who offered a maintenance staff to check out the issue. In the interim Ifiiled up several waste cans full of water from the shower and filled up the toilet to allow my waste to be flushed in the toilet. Maintenance never came. No one said anything to me upon check out."
