"The pool and hot tub were closed. Definitely needed repairs around the building. Our room smelled horrible and the bathtub was filthy. We moved to a different hotel."

"The staff did their best, but the condition of the furnishings and carpet etc needs to be addressed. Our key cards didn’t work on multiple occasions; many others in the hotel had the same problem. The rooms are gloomy and dark. The dresser in the room had drawers that kept sliding open. The sofa in the room was stained and worn; we were afraid to sit on it. Some of our party wanted to use the pool. There were no pool towels. The hot tub water was green and needed to be cleaned."

"property was unkempt. room was in poor condition. fire alarm went off. don't know why. electricity went out for 45 minutes. bed frame was sticking out and was covered up by bed skirt and it caused a bruise on by ankle. tub had fixture that wasn't completely on. soap scumb on bathtub."

"Clean. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Room was on the loud side - hotel AC was the culprit. Toilet worked but had flushing issues. Would stay there again, though. "

"Water temperature has two settings, scalding hot and off. Hard to get a bar of soap. Two pancake pillows for a queen size bed and unable to get any more. Broken vending machine. Kitchenette in the room but not pots, pans, glasses, or dishes. No ice machines and no ice cube trays. No "do not disturb" sign for the door. Would not stay here again."
