"Booked room (twin) not ready on arrival (35 minutes after check in open. Was told could be 30-45 mins which was not acceptable. Asked if any room type was ready and was offered a double. This room (303) was terrible. There was no where to sit apart from bed. Room temp was around 40c even with windows open. No fan in room and only a single towel. "Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. The bed however was comfortable . Air conditioning would have been appropriate as the fan only distributes the hot air. It was cooler outside in the shade than in the room.
