Worcester Bank House Hotel Spa & Golf, BW Premier Collection
Lovely spa. Great location for exploring Worcestershire. Food is good & staff are nice but the service in the restaurant in the evening is slow, even when quiet.

The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days.
