Basic necessity like Plates, enough shower gels were not there

Not enough plates even when said 8 people will be visiting, not enough knife, cutlaries. No hanging hooks in toilet, no stopper in the toilet. Not enough shower gel or shampoo provided, not enough handwash in both washroom. Missed a lot of things for comfortable stay.
