Relaxing, spacious, secluded house on the Calaveras River with private dock!

Privacy and seclucion is what you'll find when you stay at this Home. House is located on a 1acre lot with a park like yard. The property is located in the Country Club area of Stockton with the Calaveras River as an access point to the San Joaquin River. With a private Dock on the back yard the Delta comes included and the adventure possibilities are endless. 10 minutes will have you on fast water so bring your Boat or keep it simple and bring a fishing pole and cast right of the Dock while sipping coffe or enjoying a beer. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home which includes a jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom. In the kitchen you'll find everything you'll need to prepare an amazing meal. Please be advised that water is only visible from atop the levy and dock. Property is also monitored with a camera in the front driveway and a second camera in the rear yard.

Great Property, Great Location, Great Host

Too many great things to list. The Host couldn’t be easier to work with. Property and house is unique and great for families. Private dock was a huge plus. Great for fishing off of and docking your boat. The whole family had an amazing time and this has to be the best “bang for your buck in Stockton! We will definitely be back.

Private sanctuary in Stockton

The home is large, with a beautiful yard and plenty of parking. The open floorplan upstairs is perfect -- adjacent to an ample-sized kitchen, ready for homecooked meals. We'll be back!

Very cool house

I was in Stockton with my two adult sons to deal with matters concerning my deceased brother's estate. So, Emilio's house was absolutely perfect for our 4 day stay. We needed comfort and peace for preparation and reflection and it provided both. We had our morning time to get ready for the very busy day, and then we had our evenings to review, plan the next day and relax and listen to music of the band my brother played in for 40+ years. We did all of our meals out but the house does have a very functional kitchen and eating area. I would highly recommend this house for any occasion. Thank you Emilio

Beautiful, comfortable and well stocked

Emilio is fantastic to work with from the beginning to the end of our journey in Stockton. The check-in was effortless, the house was immaculate, spacious, and well stocked with everything you might need. We spent a lot of time at the river on our private dock, watching the fish jump and the beauty of the lilypads. I can't say enough about this stay vacation, it truly is a Home Away from Home. Gorgeous property!

My family and I were so impressed with this home in Stockton. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more- we appreciated the extra towels and blankets available for our use as well as the water bottles in the fridge upon arrival and the kids loved grabbing a piece of candy from the welcome bowl. The house is clean and spacious and the yard is huge with so many tables and trees, plus a quick walk to the delta in the back allowed us to go fishing and my girls caught 3 perch. The kitchen is fully stocked and this truly felt like coming to a friend’s home- it was comfortable and ready for us to enjoy. We would definitely come back and rent this home again. Thanks, Emilio!

Nice house but cleaning needed

The house was nice and roomy but not particularly clean. It was a 20-minute no-wake jet ski ride to get to the main river so it wasn't ideal for jet skiing. Lots of great room outside for games. Nice privacy and it was very secure with a gate. Owner insisted on showing the property personally. He was very nice but I would have preferred the standard instructions and lock code.

Delta Fishing

The location was perfect for our fishing trip to the Delta. Close to the marina we were launching from. Since we brought two bass boats loaded with gear, the secure gates gave us piece of mind at night knowing our vehicles and boats were safe. We cooked a couple of the nights and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen (except for a cookie sheet but we made due with other trays).

We had a great time staying at the house. We went fishing, which is right through the back yard gate. The yard is huge, we played games, watched movies and had fun with our friends. Overall everything was awesome, the house was clean, everything in the house was easy to locate and use. We just had a blast and definitely will go back again.

Much more than expected!

The house was exactly what we needed and so much more. The large securely fenced tree filled landscaped yard was great for our grandkids to enjoy. The homeowner was very accomodating. Couldn't have asked for more!

Beautiful Home

First off I would like to say Emilio is an Amazing host! He walked us through the home on check in. He also let us know about local areas to visit. The home was clean and large enough o hold our family and a nice comfortable bed for everyone. We are very happy with our stay and had an amazing experience.The house is fully gated and has a HUGE yard for kids to play and run around with the comfort that the house was fully secured. I would recomend this place to everyone

Secluded Stockton Home On the River

Our family was in Stockton for a weekend for our daughters graduation. We enjoyed our stay at this home, it has a nice large fenced yard, and a nice deck on top of the home that has a view of the river through the trees. The amenities were fine. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars was the ice maker in the freezer had mold (probably from infrequent use) so we had to buy bag ice, and the pillows in the master bed room were pretty flat. Overall that is relatively small stuff, and if we had another event in Stockton we would rent this property again.

Wonderful Stockton Retreat!

This house is great!! Location is close to the freeway but very secluded. The house has great amenities and is super unique. It was great for hosting our family. Would defiantly recommend.
