Entire House on Robert St Close to Lodi Lake

Entire house available. Sleeps 4 (5 with pull out couch) Close to Lodi Lake, Wine & Roses and Historic downtown Lodi. Quiet, safe, friendly, family orientated neighborhood. Access to the entire house except the garage and shed. Parking available in driveway and/or street. Keyless entry, doorbell camera and alarm system for your safety. Full kitchen with all amenities. By choosing to stay at this house, all guests understand the following: the host is not responsible for any personal injuries, properties and all liability of death. The host does not provide guests with medical insurance or treatment. All guests agree to hold harmless and release the host from any and all liability arising from or related to guests' active or passive negligence of the home. All guests are responsible for any loss, thief or damage to either their personal or house equipment during time using. The default cleaning charges will only apply for basic cleaning. Please keep the house reasonable organized and clean upon your departure (wash dishes, trash thrown away in the garbage bin outside the house, etc). EXTRA FEES will apply upon failure to meet a fair level of cleanliness. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES NO GLITTER, EXCESSIVE NOISE IS ALSO NOT PERMITTED. No events. The "No Smoking" includes hookahs and cannabis. No noise is allowed outside after 10pm at night.
We have the right to request ID from guests and may also request to meet guests.
Your charge card on file will be automatically billed an additional $500 if any neighbors complain or there's evidence of smoking, drugs, cannabis or hookah in the home.
If the amount of people staying in the home changes from your original booking, the host must be notified before check-in and an additional fee of $35 per extra guest may occur. Only 5 guests total allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
An additional $250 will be charged to your credit card on file if more people stay in the house that aren't on the reservation or without the host being notified.
Unless pre-arranged check out time is 11am. There will be a late checkout additional fee of $12 per 15-minute increments for the first 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, $24 per 15 minutes’ increments.

Perfect!

The house was set up perfectly. Nothing felt dirty or janky. It was well organized! Additional towels, linens etc. were easy to find. The decor was simple. Perfect space for a family with older teenage boys.

We will definitely be booking this house again when we visit family. The house is great! The host has truly thought of EVERYTHING when setting up this house for guests. A home away from home. The beds are also so comfortable. A very Safe quiet neighborhood too. Thank you so much, we will be back.

Christmas stay

Only reason i gave some 4 stars was because of the garage. I didn't know that was setup like that so i think description needs to be updated. And if you could find a way to air out the garage, it had a funky smell like mildew/ wet. But the house is very cute, clean and cozy!

Karen provided our family with an exceptional hospitality. She responded to our every need with love and dedication. The house was kept clean and tidy. It was located in a quiet neighborhood so we got good night sleep after a busy day exploring the town. Worthwhile to give Karen a try.

Perfect for What We Needed

We just needed a place to sleep that was close to family in North Stockton and this was the perfect place! The house was very clean, quiet and pleasantly furnished and the shower was very nice! Songbird Serenade!

Great value for the quality of accommodations! A very quiet neighborhood, charming house with all the appliances & essentials needed, comfortable beds, cozy backyard with BBQ patio , lemon tree, & Songbirds! This home brought back memories of old California and we created new memories to take back home! Definitely returning soon!

Lovely Lodi

We have stayed at several VRBO properties on our many trips to Lodi. This is at the top of our list. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed I slept on was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in years, literally the first night of 6 hours uninterrupted sleep in maybe 5 years. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe. It’s a bit of a hike, maybe 2 miles, if you want to walk to downtown but the walk is through nice neighborhoods so it’s good exercise if you are up for it. We had an off street parking spot in the driveway which is a nice amenity. The recent remodel of the bathroom was well done and attractive. The kitchen cabinets and hallway closets are labeled with their contents so it is easy to find items and get the dishes back in the same place after using. Although we did not spend time outside at the house, the backyard looked like it would be a great place for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Plenty of room for kids to run around in the backyard as well. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Lodi.

Everything we expected and more

Very clean. Great neighborhood. Such a family friendly place. Thank you for have all the extra toys, kids books, pack n play, kid friendly utensils and cups. Saved us! The backyard was such a great space too.
