This home is equipped with a Minut device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbours are not disturbed. It does not have a camera and does not record sound.

This home is not suitable for large gatherings or parties and no smoking is allowed inside.
