Welcome to our unique lakeside home in the beautiful Hagaparken, the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to combine peaceful nature with easy access to Stockholm city life. The house sits right on the water, offering direct access to a private dock, a small beach, and a relaxing sauna. It's ideal for morning swims, evening relaxation, or simply enjoying the serene views. And in winter you can ski and skate directly on the lake in front of your living room windows.

Inside it's bright and airy, with stylish furnishings that make it easy to feel at home. The home features one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and a large bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing. The living room includes a charming fireplace, perfect for curling up with a book and enjoying a quiet evening by the water.

Step outside and you’re immediately in Hagaparken, with its lush trails perfect for jogging, walking, or enjoying a picnic by the lake. In spring and summer, soak up the sun on the small beach. In autumn and winter, enjoy the tranquil scenery and peaceful surroundings.

Despite the natural setting, you’re only a few minutes drive from central Stockholm, Mall of Scandinavia, Strawberry Arena, and charming local cafés. This means you can easily combine outdoor adventures with shopping, dining, and cultural experiences in the city.

You have complete and private access to the apartment on the first floor. The property owners live in the house on the second floor. You will not be distributed, and you have your own garden. You also have access to our private beach just meters from your front door.

We are located in the middle of Hagaparken. Our nearest neighbours are the Royal Highness The Crown Princess of Sweden, and the Chinese Pavilion. To get here, you need to drive through Hagaparken. Our home is called "Haga Walhalla" and you are allowed to drive and park your car here.
