"Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Room wasn't very clean. Hairs on pillowcases, sheets had permanent stains on them, under the beds weren't swept and behind the center table was gross. Only outlet to plug your phone in was behind the center table or in the bathroom. Microwave needs a good wipe down on the inside from the top to the bottom. Could definitely use a heavier top blanket to keep warm without having to run the heat and get hot. Bathroom floor needs to be mopped. Towels are...

"Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was A LOT of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit lacking in selection in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to. Food items were often not replenished and we had to ask for them."

"Dirty room floor. No coffee for breakfast on most days at 8 am. Breakfast bars for breakfast. Staff is invisible unless you shout for them. Stayed for more than a week and no linen change or any kind of room cleaning. Like a cargo trailer with a semi comfortable bed."
