"Everything was good but checking in was met with a varying degree of indifference from staff of a customer standing and waiting to be helped and actual rudeness and assumptions based on my sons check in the day before. Ultimately the woman checking me in was pleasant and accommodating for my particular needs. But looking up from your computer when someone walks in the door and saying hello I’ll be right with you goes a long way. "

When I addressed this with staff, they blamed the previous guest for not turning in their key when they requested a room change. I was told their policy was the guest would leave their key in the room when they leave which I find to not be appropriate since they more placed responsibility on the previous guest.
